Dallastown Cougar Athletic Association (DCA) is the legal 501(c) organization administering the following Dallastown community programs:
- Dallastown Cougar Little League (DCLL)
- Dallastown Travel Baseball and Softball
- Dallastown Cougar Softball (DCS)
- Dallastown Cougar Football (DCF)
- Dallastown Cougar Cheerleading (DCC)

The DCA Board is comprised of two representatives from each athletic program (DCLL, DCS, DCF, DCC) serving as commissioner and athletic director of their perspective program; along with a president, vice president, secretary, treasurer, safety officer, and member-at-large. Each athletic program maintains its own board of directors and subcommittees.
